1. Introduction

Welcome to RunMyClaw.run. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RunMyClaw ("we," "our," or "us"). RunMyClaw is a cloud hosting and infrastructure platform that automates the deployment of open-source software (such as AI agent frameworks like OpenClaw) onto private containers.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Business Model and Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem.io handles customer service inquiries related to payments and returns.

3. Description of Service

We provide managed cloud infrastructure and software wrappers (based on open-source AI agent frameworks) via subscription plans.

• Infrastructure: We allocate computing performance and processing priority based on your selected tier.
• AI Models & API Usage: Subscription plans cover the cost of the cloud container and management dashboard. The cost of interacting with external AI Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Minimax) is billed separately. You may either use a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) approach to pay model providers directly or use our prepaid balance system.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Policy

Because RunMyClaw acts as an infrastructure and hosting provider for your personal agent instances, you are solely responsible for the actions performed by your hosted agent. You agree not to use our cloud servers to publicly distribute, publish, or promote any of the following prohibited content:

• NSFW and Explicit Content: Hosting, distributing, or publishing sexually explicit material, non-consensual sexual content, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Instances flagged for CSAM will be terminated immediately and reported to authorities.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Using your agent to publicly harass individuals, distribute hate speech, or promote violence and discrimination.
• Deceptive Content and Deepfakes: Publicly publishing or distributing deepfakes, misinformation, or impersonations of real individuals without their consent for malicious purposes.
• Illegal Activities: Operating your instance to promote terrorism, sell illegal drugs or weapons, run phishing/scam operations, or distribute malware.
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to breach the isolation of your cloud container, bypassing infrastructural limits, or engaging in DDoS attacks or excessive automated requests that impact our platform's network stability.

While we respect the privacy of your personal containerized environment for private and entertainment usage (similar to using a private graphic editor or text software), using our infrastructure as a public distribution vector for malicious, illegal, or prohibited content will result in immediate termination of your server instance without a refund.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms. If you cancel your subscription, your AI agent will continue to run until the end of your billing cycle, after which the instance will be stopped and eventually deleted.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes before they become effective.
