Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Structure

We offer our infrastructure provisioning and AI agent management software as a monthly or annual subscription service. Because infrastructure costs are incurred continuously, our refund policy is strictly defined.

Please note: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and officially handles disputes and returns based on the criteria outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the RunMyClaw console.

• Cancellations will stop all future recurring payments.
• When you cancel, your AI agent will continue to run until the end of your current paid billing period. After this period, the agent will be stopped and deleted.

3. Refund Eligibility

All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, strictly in accordance with their unified Refund Policy.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to a statutory withdrawal right (for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA/UK). Furthermore, Paddle may issue discretionary refunds if requested within 14 days of your transaction.
