• Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We only store transaction references and subscription statuses.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Provision, operate, and maintain your AI agent instances.
• Manage your account and process subscriptions.
• Communicate with you regarding service updates, security alerts, and support requests.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate our service:

• Paddle.com: Handles checkout, billing, and tax compliance.
• Cloud Providers: Used to provision the isolated containers where your agents run.
• AI Providers: Usage prompts and context are sent to external AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) based on your agent's configuration. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

5. Security

The security of your data is important to us. API keys provided by users (BYOK) are encrypted at rest. We use isolated containerization to ensure that different users' agents cannot access each other's data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and associated data through the console. Upon deletion, your cloud instances, encrypted keys, and personal data will be removed from our active databases, subject to legal and financial retention requirements.
