1. Introduction

Welcome to RunMyClaw.run. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RunMyClaw ("we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of our website and the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which automates the deployment and management of personal AI assistants.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Business Model and Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

3. Description of Service

We provide managed cloud infrastructure and software wrappers (based on open-source AI agent frameworks) via subscription plans.

• Infrastructure: We allocate computing performance and processing priority based on your selected tier.
• AI Models & API Usage: Subscription plans cover the cost of the cloud container and management dashboard. The cost of interacting with external AI Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Minimax) is billed separately. You may either use a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) approach to pay model providers directly or use our prepaid balance system.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or abusive content through your AI agents.
• Attempt to breach the isolation of your cloud container or interfere with other users' instances.
• Engage in excessive automated requests that disproportionately impact server performance beyond fair use.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms. If you cancel your subscription, your AI agent will continue to run until the end of your billing cycle, after which the instance will be stopped and eventually deleted.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes before they become effective.
