1. General Structure

We offer our infrastructure provisioning and AI agent management software as a monthly or annual subscription service. Because infrastructure costs are incurred continuously, our refund policy is strictly defined.

Please note: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and officially handles disputes and returns based on the criteria outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the RunMyClaw console.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io. Please note that usage of external AI model API credits (if purchased separately) may be non-refundable if the credits have already been consumed. Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use and Content Policy (e.g., attempting to generate prohibited NSFW or illegal content) are not eligible for refunds.
